![]() ![]() When you are on WIC, you can count on us to be there with support and answers from the beginning of pregnancy all the way up to your child’s fifth birthday. On visits to WIC you can get personal counseling or a group class. WIC gives families the chance to learn about lots of topics. WIC provides the following at no cost: healthy foods, nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support, and referrals for health care and community services. The USDA's Choose My Plate tool has guidelines to help answer these questions. WIC is a federally funded nutrition program for Women, Infants, and Children.
